Privacy Policy for Letter Tycoon

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Letter Tycoon (the "Game") accesses, uses,

stores, and shares information. It also explains the choices available to

players.

Privacy summary

Letter Tycoon:

- does not require an account or login;

- does not include developer-operated analytics, cloud saves, online chat, or

  an online leaderboard;

- does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, precise

  location, photos, videos, or device storage;

- stores gameplay progress and settings locally in the Game's private storage

  on the player's device;

- uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases; and

- uses Google AdMob and Google's consent tools for optional rewarded

  advertising.

The Game does not sell personal information.

Information stored only on the device

The Game stores the following information in its private local save:

- game progress, coins, upgrades, Golden Tiles, cosmetics, and settings;

- daily streak and offline-progress timestamps;

- words submitted, best-word statistics, and private offline league progress;

- whether the Supporter Pack is owned;

- counts of completed purchases and rewarded ads; and

- Google Play purchase-delivery tokens used to prevent duplicate delivery.

This local gameplay information is used only to operate the Game and preserve

progress. Letter Tycoon does not transmit words played, private league scores,

or local gameplay history to the developer. Android backup is disabled for the

Game's save data.

Google Play Billing and purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Google may process account,

device, payment, purchase, diagnostic, and fraud-prevention information under

Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Letter Tycoon receives purchase details needed to deliver an item, such as the

product identifier, purchase state, and a purchase token. The Game stores the

purchase token in its private local storage to prevent duplicate delivery.

Google Play may also make transaction and purchase-status records available to

the developer for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention,

and handling refunds or revoked purchases.

The developer does not receive or store a player's full credit-card number,

bank-account number, or Google Account password.

Consumable coin and Golden Tile packs are delivered once and cannot be

restored after Google Play marks them as consumed. The non-consumable Supporter

Pack can be restored through Google Play.

See the

Google Payments Privacy Notice

and Google Privacy Policy for more

information about Google's processing.

Optional rewarded advertising

Letter Tycoon contains no forced interstitial ads. A player may choose to watch

a rewarded ad in exchange for a clearly described in-game bonus. The Google

Mobile Ads SDK may initialize and prepare a rewarded ad when the Game is

opened, even if the player does not ultimately watch it.

Google AdMob and Google's consent tools may automatically collect, process, and

share:

- the device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general or approximate

  location;

- app and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad requests, and video

  views;

- diagnostic and performance information, such as loading time, hang rate,

  energy usage, and SDK errors;

- device and app identifiers, which may include the Android advertising ID,

  App Set ID, and other device or account-related identifiers where available;

  and

- advertising consent choices and related privacy signals.

Google uses this information to provide and measure advertising, perform

analytics, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and

comply with legal obligations. Google may make this information available to

advertising partners involved in providing an ad.

Letter Tycoon requests non-personalized advertising and disables the AdMob

plugin's first-party advertising identifier. Depending on the player's region,

Google's consent form may provide additional choices before advertising is

initialized. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information, IP

address, device identifiers, and limited interaction data for ad delivery,

measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit

using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Players can manage advertising choices

through the consent message where available, Android advertising settings, and

[My Ad Center](https://myadcenter.google.com/).

No third-party mediation ad networks are configured in the current version. If

the developer adds another ad network or changes these practices, this Privacy

Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before that

version is released.

Legal bases where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, information is processed:

- to provide requested Game features and complete purchases;

- with consent, where consent is required for advertising-related processing;

- for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service

  reliability, and providing non-personalized advertising, where permitted;

  and

- to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Data sharing

Information may be processed by:

- Google Play, for app distribution, licensing, in-app purchases, purchase

  restoration, fraud prevention, support, and transaction administration; and

- Google AdMob and Google's consent services, for rewarded advertising,

  consent management, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud

  prevention.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with

law, enforce legal rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect players, the

developer, or the public.

The developer does not sell personal information and does not operate a data

brokerage service.

Data retention and deletion

Local Game data remains on the device until the player clears Letter Tycoon's

app storage or uninstalls the Game. Either action deletes the local save,

including gameplay history and locally stored purchase-delivery tokens.

Because Letter Tycoon has no developer account system or cloud save, the

developer normally has no remote gameplay profile to delete. The Supporter Pack

may be restored from Google Play after reinstalling because Google retains the

purchase record. Consumed items and deleted local progress cannot be restored

by the developer.

Google retains purchase, advertising, consent, security, and diagnostic

information according to Google's own retention policies and legal

obligations. Players can use their Google Account, Android advertising

settings, My Ad Center, or Google privacy tools to manage eligible Google-held

information.

To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information held directly by

the developer, email technochiya@gmail.com. The developer

may retain limited transaction records when necessary for fraud prevention,

accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Security

Letter Tycoon uses Android's private app storage for local save data and

disables Android backup for that data. Data sent to Google services is

transmitted through the security controls provided by Google Play, Google

Mobile Ads, and TLS-protected connections. Reasonable safeguards are used, but

no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be

completely secure.

Children's privacy

Letter Tycoon is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not

directed to children under 13. The Game does not knowingly request names,

email addresses, or other direct contact information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information

to the developer, they should contact

technochiya@gmail.com so the request can be investigated.

 International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other

than the player's country of residence. Those countries may have different

data-protection laws. Google describes its international data-transfer

safeguards in the Google Privacy Policy.

Player rights

Depending on where a player lives, they may have rights to request access,

correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information,

or to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

These rights may be limited by law.

For information held by the developer, use the privacy contact below. For

information controlled by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact

Google directly.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Game, its service providers, or

legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published at the same

public URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be disclosed

in the Game or through the Google Play listing when required.
