# Privacy Policy for Football Legend Quiz

This Privacy Policy explains how Technochiya ("Technochiya," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use **Football Legend Quiz** (the "App").

Who we are

Technochiya is the developer and publisher of Football Legend Quiz.

Summary

- You do not need to create an account or give us your name, email address, or other profile information to play.

- Game progress is stored locally on your device.

- The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements unless you have purchased Remove Ads.

- The App uses Google Play Billing for optional purchases.

- We do not operate a server that receives your game progress or purchase-token records.

Information stored locally on your device

The App stores the following information in its app-private storage:

- coin balance;

- life-pack balance;

- highest point total;

- whether Remove Ads has been purchased;

- internal game-economy information; and

- cryptographic hashes of up to the 100 most recent Google Play purchase tokens, used to prevent the same coin purchase from being granted more than once.

This local information is used only to remember your progress, deliver purchased features, and prevent duplicate purchase rewards. It is not sent to Technochiya. It remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.

## Advertising and Google AdMob

Football Legend Quiz uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display interstitial advertisements. Ads are not requested after the App records that Remove Ads has been purchased.

When advertising is active, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain information with Google and, where applicable, advertising partners. This can include:

- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;

- interactions with the App and advertisements, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views;

- diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy use;

- device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, where applicable, other identifiers related to accounts on the device; and

- advertising and attribution signals made available by Android, including supported Privacy Sandbox signals.

This information may be used to select and deliver ads, personalize ads where permitted, measure ad performance, provide analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse. Technochiya may receive aggregated advertising reports through AdMob but does not receive your full Google account or a directly identifying AdMob profile.

Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, local storage, SDK storage, or similar technologies as part of providing advertising services. The partners involved can depend on your location, device, privacy choices, and the advertising sources configured in AdMob. Where a consent form is required, the form identifies the relevant advertising partners and purposes.

## Advertising privacy choices

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising privacy choices where required. In applicable regions, a Google privacy message is shown before advertising begins. When Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, the App displays a **Privacy Choices** button that lets you review or withdraw your choices.

Your choice can affect whether ads are personalized and how Google and its partners process information. Choosing not to receive personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements; you may still receive non-personalized or limited ads. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device's privacy settings.

## Google Play purchases

The App offers optional purchases for coins and Remove Ads through Google Play Billing. Google processes the transaction. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.

To complete, acknowledge, restore, or prevent duplicate delivery of a purchase, the App receives information from Google Play such as:

- the purchased product identifier;

- purchase status;

- acknowledgement or consumption status; and

- a Google Play purchase token.

Purchase tokens are exchanged with Google Play while a purchase is being processed. For coin purchases, the App stores only a cryptographic hash of the token locally so the same purchase is not granted twice. Google retains transaction and account information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us by email, we receive the information contained in your message, such as your email address and any details you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, protect the App, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is shared

Information may be processed or shared with:

- Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention;

- Google User Messaging Platform for privacy notices and advertising choices; and

- Google Play Billing to process and verify optional purchases.

Technochiya does not sell personal information for money. However, personalized advertising and the disclosure of device or activity information to advertising partners may be treated as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some privacy laws. Where required, you can control that processing through the Google consent message and the App's Privacy Choices entry point.

We may also disclose information if required by law, necessary to protect users or the App, or involved in a transfer of the App or our business. Because we do not operate a gameplay-data server, the local gameplay information described above is not available to us for such disclosure.

## Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on one or more of the following:

- your consent, including consent for personalized advertising or device storage where required;

- performance of a contract, such as delivering a purchase;

- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and preventing fraud in the App, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; or

- compliance with legal obligations.

Google and participating advertising partners may identify their own legal bases in the Google privacy message and their respective privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

- Local game data: Retained on your device until you clear Football Legend Quiz's storage or uninstall the App. On Android, you can normally delete it through **Settings > Apps > Football Legend Quiz > Storage > Clear storage**, or by uninstalling the App.

- Purchase-token hashes: Up to 100 hashes are retained in the same local save data and are deleted when you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Older hashes are automatically removed as new ones are added.

- Google advertising, consent, and transaction information: Retained by Google and its partners according to their policies and applicable legal requirements. Technochiya cannot delete information held only in a user's Google account or Google's systems.

- Emails: Retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate support or legal records, and comply with applicable law.

- Aggregated reports: Advertising or sales reports available in our Google publisher account may be retained for business, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal purposes. These reports are not used by us to identify individual players.

The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no separate Football Legend Quiz account to delete.

Security

Local game information is stored in Android app-private storage. Information transmitted to Google services is protected in transit using secure connections provided by Google and Android. Access to our Google publisher accounts is restricted. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle.

International processing

Google and its partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; or complain to a data-protection authority.

You can:

- delete local App data using your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App;

- use Privacy Choices in the App when that option is required and displayed;

- manage the Android advertising ID in your device settings;

- manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center; or

- contact us at technochiya@gmail.com.

Because we do not maintain player accounts or receive your local save data, we may not be able to identify or retrieve data stored only on your device. Requests concerning information controlled by Google should also be directed through Google's privacy tools.

Children

Football Legend Quiz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to us. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact technochiya@gmail.com so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and publish the revised policy at the same public URL.
