Privacy Policy for Hue Shift

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Hue Shift.

Information stored on your device

Hue Shift stores your best score, coin balance, unlocked and equipped

cosmetics, daily-challenge progress, tutorial status, accessibility and audio

preferences, and a small ad-frequency counter locally on your device. This

information is used to remember your progress and settings and to avoid showing

ads too often. It is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the app's

storage or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and third-party data

Hue Shift uses Google AdMob to provide advertising. The Google Mobile Ads SDK

may automatically collect and share information such as:

- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;

- interactions with the app and ads, such as app launches, taps, impressions,

  and video views;

- diagnostic and performance information; and

- device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app

  set ID when available.

Google may use this information to provide and measure advertising, perform

analytics, prevent fraud, and protect its services. Information handled by the

Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Google's handling of information

is governed by Google's own privacy policies and controls:

 Consent and privacy choices

Where required, Hue Shift uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for and

respect your advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. The choices

available to you depend on your region and the requirements that apply there.

When advertising privacy controls are available, you can reopen them from the

in-game Settings screen. You can also reset the app's stored consent state by

clearing its storage.

Personal information

Hue Shift does not require an account and does not ask you to submit your name,

address, phone number, or payment details. If you contact us by email, the

information in your message is used only to answer and support your request.

 Children

Hue Shift does not knowingly request personal information directly from

children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information by

email may contact us so the request can be reviewed and handled.

Data retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until you clear the app's storage

or uninstall the app. Information processed by Google is retained according to

Google's policies. To request deletion of information you sent directly by

email, contact us using the address below.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app, advertising setup, or legal

requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when an

update is published.
