Privacy Policy Lexavelle
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Lexavelle (the "App"), a falling-letter word puzzle game. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
Information collection
The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information.
The App does not use:
- Advertising or advertising identifiers
- Analytics or user-tracking services
- Location, contacts, camera, or microphone access
- Cloud saves or online leaderboards
- A developer-operated server or database
Gameplay, scores, settings, and other game activity are processed locally on the user's device. This information is not transmitted to the developer.
Google Play Billing
The App offers an optional, one-time Premium Upgrade through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction according to Google's own terms and privacy practices. The App does not receive or store payment-card or bank-account details.
To complete, acknowledge, and restore a purchase, the App may receive limited information from Google Play, including the product identifier, purchase status, and purchase token. This information is used only to provide the purchased feature. It is not transmitted to a developer-operated server.
The App stores a local entitlement setting on the device so that the Premium Upgrade remains available while offline. Google Play may retain purchase records as part of the user's Google account.
For more information about how Google handles data, see the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Data sharing
The App does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Purchase processing is provided directly by Google Play. Information processed independently by Google is governed by Google's policies.
Data retention and deletion
The App does not maintain user accounts or developer-controlled user records.
Locally stored App data can be removed by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Purchase records associated with a Google account are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's retention and account-management policies.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The App minimizes data handling by keeping gameplay information on the device and using Google Play Billing for the optional purchase. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, but the App does not operate a remote server that stores users' personal or gameplay information.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's features, services, or data practices change. Any updated version will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
Contact
